Personalized Email
Have you ever wonderred how someone could send out all those emails, after you have sbscribed your name requesting for information. An email every day for for 14 days or 21 days and the same time each day. Well you might think the sender is very proficient. He's not, but hey you say it even came personally adressed to me. We there is software called Autoresponders, where you can enter all the details in and tell it when to send what and to who, probably whilst I am still in bed. It's called automation, we love it.
Interested in knowing more leave a comment or go over and have a look at the autoresponder that I use Here

Find A Niche market
Before we begin our internet business we really nead to establish our niche market. All a niche market is, we find a taget section within a broader marketStart Your Own Business: But First Find Your Market NicheYou can easily start your own business but there is one important step you must take before starting a new business. First you must find your market niche. There are three important reasons to determine your market niche before beginning to work on your new business or even making any important decisions or expenditures. The first reason it is important to find your market niche is that determining the right niche makes it easier to focus. In today’s information world, it is far too easy to become overwhelmed by information about starting a new business, running a business, promoting a business, and especially about the specifics of your business niche. Determining your market niche will make it easier to focus your marketing efforts, better determine your target audience, and get a better handle on your products. The second reason it is important to find your market niche is that niche marketing is the best way to make money in the business world and especially on the internet. While one person or a small business cannot compete in the global marketplace with the huge megastores, a small business can easily manage to carve a profitable chunk out of a niche market. One person or a small business cannot hope to know everything about everything, but if you concentrate your efforts in a niche market then you can master your subject area and become an expert in your niche. The better you know your market, your products, and your customers then the more profitable you will be.

Selling/Flipping Blogs Websites
I came across this article on selling blogs of for an income .
Read his story, its very interesting, Could you do this?
Since I most recently sold The Poker Blog I will base the advice on the success of this sale. While I’m describing how to flip blogs, almost all of this applies to selling content sites or communities as well.
Build itFirst, you need to build a blog (or website). When you’re building a new blog you should think about what adds value to a website. I try to work on a few key areas that I think will help make a sale.1. Content - People are looking to buy websites that have a lot of original content. This means less work for them. The beauty of buying an established website is that it already has a lot of content and requires a lot less work. With The Poker Blog I posted everyday for 3 months. . .. Google loves new content and I was rewarded with a PageRank of 5 on their first update after The Poker Blog launched.3. If someone has a question or a comment about the site I respond as quickly as I can. Some sales get negative comments and people question how honest the seller is, but I have never had that happen, I actually get comments from people that tell me I have a great site!Flipping websites can be very profitable, it’s actually how I made money all summer because I didn’t have much luck finding a job. I’m glad I didn’t find a real job though, I learned a lot building websites and selling them and it was much more satisfying than working 9-5 all summer.

Links To Your site
The Power of Links
Write down 10 reasons why someone would want to link to your site — Get your site linked on del.icio.us and other social bookmarking sites — every extra link helps; include your press releases here, too# Handle misspellings in your meta keywords tag or in a glossary — not everyone can spell correctly, but make sure you do * Common misspellings in your meta keywords won’t influence your rank, but will show SEOs a potential connection there# Cross link within your site — your anchor text is helpful to visitors and SEs; * Repeating key navigation at the bottom of each page helps and also saves your visitors the trouble of having to scroll to the top * Site maps help here, too, but be sure to include an introductory paragraph and explanatory phrases for the humans.
The search engines like to see relevant links to your topic. They treat you as an authority the more links you have

Victorian Bushfire Lul
Have a thought for all those volunteers who are giving up their time to combat these bushfires like we haven't seen for many, many years. The temperature sored above 40Deg yesterday
Threats from bushfires engulfing Victoria's north and east eased today, but exhausted firefighters have little chance for rest as they prepare for a second onslaught later in the week. Fires which raged as a cool change swept across the state very early today abated as winds dropped off, but the fires are expected to burn for months. No private property has been lost. Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) spokesman Kevin Monk said the DSE and Country Fire Authority (CFA) now had two days to construct and strengthen control lines around houses and properties before conditions heated up again. Rising temperatures and strengthening winds have been forecast for Wednesday and Thursday. "We're just over one hump, that's the first one but it's only December 11 and our worst fire conditions are usually in January and February so, if this burns the same way as the 2003 alpine fires which went for two months, we've got a big challenge ahead of us," Mr Monk said. The fire has burned through 250,000 hectares and was now 12-20km south of the Thomson Catchment which supplies 60 per cent of Melbourne's water. Bulldozers are in the area extending control lines and backburning.

YouTube Live Video Upload
Youtube has done it agin with this new addition to its service
YouTube quietly added a new feature today to its popular user-generated video site today called Quick Capture, which allows users to record video directly to YouTube from webcams plugged into their computers. This new feature eliminates steps in the process of producing video content, making it easier than ever to publish videos to the web.The Quick Capture tool uses an Adobe Flash Player API to connect to the user's webcam. The user must first grant the Flash Player permission to use the camera and microphone—and must do so every time—before using the service.Want to read the whole story click here

Rosalind Gardner On John Reese
Whilst I was doing some research today I came across this article by Rosalind Gardner about a video that John Reese recently published to his blog a few days ago. He disputes the widely held notion that marketers must pursue multiple streams of income (MSoI) in order to succeed.Although he’s taken a lot of flack for this position, I am in total agreement. The biggest problem that I encounter with most new marketers in this industry (besides the fact that they don’t build lists) is that they don’t focus on getting the first site right - dare I say ‘perfect’ - or at least to the point where the site is earning a significant chunk of change before they move on to the next project.Too often they have an internet marketing site and their kitty site and their fashion blog and their credit card site and in most cases, not one of the site is generating affiliate commissions. To drive the point of FOCUS home during client consultations, I simply refuse to discuss or review more than one website. Work on the first one, get back to me when all the changes are made and IF everything is done, THEN we’ll discuss the second site.

Radio Interview
Excerts from ABC
Have you ever had a seriously bad day? One that requires years of recovery? Graeme Jarry is a former security guard who experienced that kind of day when he tried to foil and armed robbery, more than 10 years ago. Subsequent to that incident, his life became unbelievably tumultuous and challenging. It's difficult to imagine that a person could go through so much, only to crawl back up again and become a new man in the process.
Talking about the armed robbery he tried to intercept, Graeme says no amount of training can prepare you for that situation. It left him physically and mentally affected, suffering from posttraumatic stress. He says, "I found for a long time I couldn't sleep. I was at such a heightened sense of alertness and fear. I became very drained and worn out. I couldn't say what I was feeling and what was going on. I used to sleep with my firearm under my pillow; I was in fear. I'd had a couple of phone calls that were threatening; this was after the police had caught the guys and I'd identified them."
At doctors' insistence, he took a range of medication and underwent shock treatment. Except he feels these measures provided little to no assistance. At one point his wife couldn't cope and left him, and he attempted suicide.
Incredibly, he's since restored a sense of wellbeing in his life and now helps others with drug dependencies. He says, "I do look back on the person I once was... I've got a zest for life today that I didn't have for the last 10 years. A lot of the last 10 years isn't there actually. Emotionally, I sort of didn't grow for that period of time. Sometimes you feel like a kid, quite raw, you can accept it rather than keep trying to change it. You can work on, making yourself stronger."
On top of this I am building an online business.
