What a shock the other day when I went down to the local supermarket! You could be forgiven if you were confused over the christmas new year.
No sooner has christmas passed, actually it was 6 days after Christmas and I see the supermarket is now starting to get ready for Easter, yes! Easter. New displayed in the isle as I enterred were fresh Hot Cross Buns ready for easter. Well those ones won't see Easter.I just couldn't believe it, I went back to have another look.

Have you ever wonderred how someone could send out all those emails, after you have sbscribed your name requesting for information. An email every day for for 14 days or 21 days and the same time each day. Well you might think the sender is very proficient. He's not, but hey you say it even came personally adressed to me. We there is software called Autoresponders, where you can enter all the details in and tell it when to send what and to who, probably whilst I am still in bed. It's called automation, we love it.

If someone has a question or a comment about the site I respond as quickly as I can. Buying Websites
So the property investors know about buy low renovate and sell all hold with increased equity. Well Ed Dale, one of my Internate marketing mentors, has come out and been vocal about doing the same thing with websites. Now is the time to do this as the price of websites is crazilly low. He is running a seminar about how to do this. If anyone knows how to do this it ed. He recently sold some of his little niche websites to a publisher for BIG Bucks.
